1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of novexrelief.com and your purchase of Novex products. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Throughout these terms, "Novex", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of novexrelief.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Products, Pricing And Availability

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. We may change prices, promotions and product specifications at any time without notice. Compare-at prices reflect the value we ascribe to the item and the included guides, not necessarily a price at which the item has been sold elsewhere.

We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Stock is limited and we may cancel or limit quantities on any order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Digital Materials

The 30-Day Deep Release Protocol, the Find-The-Spot Video Library and the Travell Method Trigger-Point Map are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use. They remain the property of Novex. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share access to them.

6. Health Notice And Safe Use

The Novex Psoas Release Board is a general wellness and recovery product intended for muscle release, tension relief, mobility and recovery. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Deep pressure is not appropriate for everyone. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before using the board if you are pregnant or recently postpartum, have had abdominal, hip or spinal surgery recently, take blood thinners, or have a known or suspected aortic aneurysm, abdominal hernia, inflammatory bowel disease, kidney or gallbladder disease, osteoporosis, or any diagnosed abdominal condition. If you experience numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control, see a doctor rather than using a tool.

Use the board only as described in the included protocol. Ease in gently, work well to the side of the midline as the guide shows, never press through sharp or electric pain, and stop if something does not feel right. You use the product at your own risk.

7. Guarantee, Returns And Warranty

Purchases are covered by our 60-Day Release-or-Refund Guarantee and by a lifetime warranty on the board. Both are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Reviews And Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you grant Novex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit for length or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, video, design, logos and the Novex name and marks — is owned by Novex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to transmit malicious code.

11. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novex and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and it applies to orders placed after it is posted.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
