This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Novex collects when you visit or buy from novexrelief.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the site you agree to the practices described here. Questions go to support@novexrelief.com.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, sign up to our email list or contact support, we collect:

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Order contents and order history
  • The content of any message you send us

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect device and usage data, including your IP address, browser and operating system, referring site, pages viewed, time on page, and cookie identifiers.

Payment information. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processors and are not stored on our servers or visible to Novex staff. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card for reconciliation.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, pack, ship and invoice your order
  • To deliver the digital guides included with your purchase
  • To answer support enquiries, process returns and honour the guarantee and warranty
  • To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the store working, including checkout.

Marketing Emails

If you opt in, we send positioning tips, new protocols and occasional offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional emails about an order you placed are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from.

Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour the 60-day guarantee and the lifetime warranty, and meet tax and accounting obligations — normally at least seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, request a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@novexrelief.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

Our site and products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Novex operates from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored there and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws to your own.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page.
